| Front Desk Greeters - NEEDED IMMEDIATELY | Manage the front desk by greeting customers visiting the office and determining what services they need or staff members they need to talk to; answer telephone calls and direct callers to appropriate staff. |
| Travelers Aid - NEEDED IMMEDIATELY | Assist stranded travelers to reunite with family members or support group by arranging for bus travel to another city. |
| Serve on a Committee | Strategic committees meet periodically to assist the Board with Marketing, Development, Strategic Planning, Auditing, etc. Ideas and concepts are discussed among other volunteer professionals in support of the agency. |
| Customer Appreciation Day | Help sponsor our yearly Customer Appreciation Day, which recognizes customers who have successfully completed our casework/supportive housing program or who have purchased a home through our homeownership education and counseling program. |
| Holiday Sponsorship | Organizations and families are needed to sponsor low-income families during the holiday season (November and December). Sponsors are provided with a family/individual profile including ages, gender, sizes and wish list. |
| Tax Preparation Assistance and Financial Coaching | Full training is given to volunteers who, through a collaboration with the Family Financial Literacy Coalition, provide free tax preparation and financial coaching to low income individuals and families during the tax filing season ( February 1 through April 15) at numerous sites throughout the city. |
| Spring Spruce Up Projects | Sponsors are needed to provide supplies to help customers spruce up their homes and yards. Volunteers help residents plant flowers, paint, pull weeds, spread pine straw, etc. |
| Welcome Basket Program | Organizations and families are needed to assist Community Link families as they transition into permanent housing. |
