We currently have over 150 housing resources with property providers and rental management companies who work with our families by providing safe and affordable rental units.

Community Link assists families and individuals to obtain and sustain safe, decent and affordable rental housing. Our services include:
- Tenant Education – We provide training on tenant’s rights and responsibilities, fair housing, home care, security deposits, lease agreements, roles and responsibilities of tenants and property providers, and the impact of evictions. Upon completion of training, customers receive a certificate that will be presented to their potential property provider.
- Housing Resource Development – We develop relationships with property owners and property managers while we remain an advocate for our customers.
- Housing Needs Assessment – Our Housing Coordinators work with our customers to review credit and rental history, transportation needs, and housing affordability.
- Housing Placement – Our Housing Coordinators assist customers in locating suitable housing to meet their needs.
- In-home follow-up services – Our Housing Coordinators visit our customers homes to ensure a smooth transition and provide our customers with additional Rental Tenant Education.
