Casework Services
Community Link provides intensive and individualized counseling to help our customers overcome the barriers that are keeping them from permanent housing. Our professional Social Workers work one-on-one with our customers for up to two years to provide: 
- A unique Housing Action Plan with steps to obtain housing
- Weekly counseling to overcome the psycho and social problems our customers may face
- Financial Literacy and money management skills
- Links to job training, education, substance abuse treatment, and other community resources that may be necessary
Supportive Housing Services
Our Housing Counselors work side-by-side with our social workers to help find and place our customers in appropriate housing.
- Tenant Education - We provide education on tenants’ rights and responsibilities, the documentation and payments of a lease agreement, and the impact of evictions. Upon completion of training, customers receive a certificate that will be presented to their potential property provider.
- Housing Resource Development – We have developed over 240 relationships with property providers who will work with us and our customers to provide more options of safe, decent, and affordable housing.
- Housing Needs Assessment and Housing Placement – Our Housing Coordinators work with our customers to find suitable housing that meets each customer's affordability, transportation needs, and family size.
- In-home follow-up services – We visit our customers in their new home after the lease agreement is signed to provide additional Rental Tenant Education and to ensure a smooth transition.
